Cucumber On Bread
Baked Cannelloni
        Weight Loss Recipe - Baked Cannelloni

For the Dough
 
 1 tea cup whole wheat flour
 1 tea spoon oil
 Salt to taste
 
For Stuffing
 
 2 tea cups finely chopped boiled vegetables ( French beans,
 Carrots, Cauliflowers, Green pea )
 60 gram paneer
 One chopped onion one tea spoon chilly powder
 One tea spoon oil
 Salt ( As per taste )
 
For Topping
 
 Cottage Cheese ( Paneer )
 Tomato Gravy
 
For the Dough
 
 Mix the Flour, oil and salt add water and prepare a soft dough
 Keep the dough aside for one hour
 
For Stuffing
 
 Heat the oil and fry the onion for 1/2 minute, add the
 remaining ingredients and cook for 1 minute.
 
How to Procced
 
 Roll out the dough into small thin round
 Boil the water in a vessel and add 1/2 tsp of oil
 Drop one round of dough at a time into the boiling water,
 cook for ½ minute and remove it.
 Repeat for the remaining rounds.
 Fill each round with one table spoon of the stuffing and roll
 up like pancake.
 Arrange the cannelloni on a greased baking dish and Pour hot
 Tomato gravy on Top.
 Sprinkle the cottage cheese ( panner ) on top
 Bake in a hot oven at 200 Co for 10 minutes.
 Serve hot.
