For the Dough |

tea cup whole wheat flour |

boiled vegetables ( French
beans,
Carrots, Cauliflowers, Green pea ) |

chopped onion one tea spoon
chilly powder |

tea spoon oil |
 |
Salt
( As per taste ) |

Cheese ( Paneer ) |

Gravy |

For
the Dough |
|
|
 |
Mix
the Flour, oil and salt add
water and prepare a soft
dough |
 |
Keep
the dough aside for one hour |

For
Stuffing |
|
|
 |
Heat
the oil and fry the onion
for 1/2 minute, add the
remaining ingredients and cook for 1 minute. |

to Procced |
|
|
 |
Roll
out the dough into small
thin round |
 |
Boil
the water in a vessel and
add 1/2 tsp of oil |
 |
Drop
one round of dough at a time
into the boiling water,
cook for ½ minute and remove it. |

Repeat
for the remaining rounds. |
 |
Fill
each round with one table
spoon of the stuffing and
roll
up like pancake. |
 |
Arrange
the cannelloni on a greased
baking dish and Pour hot
Tomato gravy on Top. |
 |
Sprinkle
the cottage cheese ( panner
) on top |
 |
Bake
in a hot oven at 200 Co
for 10 minutes. |
 |
Serve
hot. |
